Shipment of your package
Packages are usually shipped in 2 days after receiving the payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number, no signature needed. Packages may be shipped via UPS Extra, a signature is necessary to pick your package up. Please contact us before choosing your way of delivery, because it leads to additional fees. Either way, we will send you a link to track your package.
Delivery price include preparation fees and wrapping as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixe, whereas shipping cost depends on the package’s weight. We recommend gather all your items together because we cannot gather two separate orders together. Your package is shipped at your own risks, we do pay a particular attention to fragile object.
Boxes sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
