Please take some time to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website and/or purchase of any products through this website constitute your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing Aline-fashion.fr (the "Website"), you (the "User" or "you") represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agree (1) to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"); (2) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by this Agreement; and (3) that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your access and use of the website.

All prices are available in US dollars , Euros and british pounds. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any discounts will be posted by us, and not third parties. Refunds must be made to the original payment method, and if this is not available, an online store credit.

Prices does not take in account shipping fees : you will be informed of it at the time of validating your purchases. You will be paid off within three days in case of unavailability of an article , but the rest of the order remains validated.

Our articles remains Aline's Fashion's property until the complete payment of the order.

While we do our best to accurately represent an item, there may be some variations. Colors on your monitor may not reflect the exact color of the actual product. If you feel there is an inaccuracy, please let us know. We reserve the right to make any changes to product information at any time.

Harassment of any kind, including obscene or abusive language, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service. 

While we do our best, occasionally items that are ordered will be out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified when the rest of your order ships and you will be refunded for the out of stock item(s). We cannot guarantee inventory.

We will never share your personal information. Our checkout is secured using the latest SSL. Any information you give us will only be used to fulfill your order. If you have an account with us, all your information is secure and will not be shared.

Selling is restricted to adults or people under 18 with a parental authorization.


Your order will be available once your validate your shopping basket. If it is your first order on our website , you will be asked to register.


You can pay your order by credit card or paypal account. You will receive confirmation notice once the payment has been made (article L121-19 du code de la consommation).

In accordance with "article L. 122-1 du Code de la consommation" , Aline's Fashion reserve the right to refuse an order in case of dispute with the customer.

For the deliveries except the European Union, the possible customs charges are chargeable to the customer.


Products are sent with the delivery slip, in the delivery address indicated by the customer during his command(order).

Aline-fashion.fr reserves the right to refuse to deliver private individuals' orders to collective addresses as for example offices, health care establishments, of stays. In case of delivery at a collective address, the customer recognizes that the obligation of aline-fashion.fr for the routing of the order stops in the effective delivery at the collective address indicated in its order form, even though the sending is not received by the final addressee but by the third.

All the validated orders are sent the next working day. Watch out, all the orders validated on Fridays are sent on Monday or Tuesdays . The indicated delivery deadlines are indicative deadline  as from day following the validation of the order by the customer. They correspond to processing time and of delivery of products. On no account they can be opposable, but in case of unusual delay, an e-mail will be sent to you.
Things being what they are, nevertheless the care was brought by Aline Fashion's in the preparation of the parcel, it is possible that a product is missing. Also, after transport of the parcel, one of the products can turn out defective.

That is why, in the reception of his order, the customer will watch to verify the conformity of the received products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (produced absent person or damaged parcel) must be necessarily notified, that very day of the reception or at the latest 3 days following the reception.

Any complaint formulated after this deadline will be rejected and Aline's Fashion will be relieved of any responsibility. Aline's Fashion saves itself the possibility of asking to the customer to return her the defective product. If the above-mentioned conditions are filled, Aline's Fashion will proceed then to the exchange, to the delivery of credit note, to the repayment of defective product(s), or for the forwarding of the product missing (subject to the legitimacy of the request of the buyer).


( The indicated deadlines are the indicative deadlines of routing of our carriers in working days.

Damaged parcel:
We ask you not to receive a damaged parcel (packaging carrying visible tracks of opening and/or deterioration): it is necessarily necessary to refuse it. Indeed, parcel leaving the warehouses of the aline-fashion.com site are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this state. If no reserve was emitted, we shall not be capable of taking into account the possible disappearances, nor of proceeding to a compensation.

Right to withdraw:

According to the law, the customer has a right to withdraw of 7 days from the date of reception or retreat(withdrawal) of articles for any article bought on the site, being specified that the day which serves as starting point does not matter and in case this deadline ends Saturday or Sunday or a holiday or non-work day, he is extended until the next first working day. The customer can return to Aline's Fashion products without having to prove the motive, according to provisions of the articles L 121-16 and following ones of the code of the consumption for the above-mentioned deadline. This right(law) is applied by the dismissal(cross-reference) of the product, only postal charges stay chargeable to the customer. If the customer exercises his cooling-off period, the company Aline's Fashion makes a commitment to pay off him the sums actually paid for a maximum deadline of 30 days according to the method of payment which had been chosen, unless the customer asks to benefit from credit note, valid on one year as from his broadcast.
The right to withdraw is applied in the same conditions from the order and before the delivery.


All the sold products benefit from the guarantee "satisfied or your money back" during a deadline of 10 days from the date of reception or retreat of articles, with the exception of articles bought in sales or via an exceptional sale (VIP sale, flash, deprived) or benefiting from a code or from a special offer, which benefit only from a right to withdraw of 7 days.
Any request of credit note or repayment will have to be made via the column " contact we ". A refund will be possible then only if the customer respected the period of the right to withdraw.


Any order made on the site and delivered outside France can be submitted to possible taxes and to customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches destination. These customs duties and these possible taxes connected to the delivery of an article are paid by the customer and are of his responsibility. Aline's Fashion does not have to verify and to inform his customers of the customs duties and the applicable taxes. To know them, it is up to the member limb to inquire with the competent authorities of its country. In case of refusal of the addressee to fulfill(settle) customs duties or taxes, naps possibly asked Aline's Fashion to get back the parcel will be deducted from the repayment made for the customer.
